Vidya Balan has Traditional Tamil Wedding

Mumbai, Dec 14 (Agencies): Actress Vidya Balan married her beau Siddharth Roy Kapoor at the crack of dawn on Friday in a hush-hush ceremony reports Mid Day.

The couple married at a temple in Chembur following traditional Tamil rituals reported the news paper.  The bride reportedly wore a nine-yard Kanjivaram saree and traditional South Indian gold jewellery.

The actress has tried to keep the ceremony a private affair. Earlier she had opted for a private mehndi ceremony at her Khar residence on Wednesday night. It was attended by her family members, and Vidya's favourite, veteran actress Rekha marked her presence.

Vidya wore a yellow sari in typical Bengali style with floral ornaments. She even chose to go simple with her mehdni - rather than the usual full-hand intricate design, Vidya went with round blobs of henna on her palm.
