Mumbai: Maharashtra Konkan Association Holds ‘Konkan Youth Utsav’

Mumbai, Dec 19: The Maharashtra Konkan Association organized ‘Konkan Youth Utsav’ at St Jude Church premises, Kurla (West) here, on Sunday December 16.

Fr Nelson Saldanha, parish priest of St Jude Church inaugurated the programme by lighting lamp along with Ashwini D’Souza, Alwyn Fernandes, Sunil Fernandes, Winson Rodrigues, Lavina Lobo.

John D’Silva, vice president of Christian Chamber of Commerce, Jean M Gomes, national award winning teacher, Moses Gomes, Rudolph Rebello, Lawrence Coelho, editor of Divo, Suzan Coelho, Ozwald, john Rodrigues, Benedicta B Rebello, former president were the guests of honour.

Lavina Lobo welcomed the gathering; Glencita and Joy compered while Gregory Monis delivered the vote of thanks.

Walter D’Souza Kalmady, association president of east zone, Cyril Castelino, president of west zone, Stany Dias, vice president, Gratian D’Souza, treasurer, Vincent Castelino, honorary secretary, Vincent Castelino, former secretary, Pramila D’Souza, Keerthi Saldanha, Matilda Rodrigues, Celine D’Souza, Rocky D’Cunha, Helen Cutinho among others were present.
