Mangalore: Bejai Raja Murder - Police Nab Three More

Mangalore, Dec 20: Police have arrested three more persons in connection with the murder of rowdy Bejai Raja.

The Kadri police led by ACP Subhashchandra and inspector Raghav arrested them later on Tuesday December 18 night near the railway crossing, sources said.

With this the number of arrests in the case stands at seven. Four were arrested on December 13.

The identities of the three accused is not yet known.

Bejai Raja, who was arrested and later released in the murder case of Pandu Pai, was hacked to death by a gang on December 1 at Falnir.

Sources claimed that the arrested persons were associates of underworld don Ravi Poojary.
