I FEEL INDIAN LEAGAL SYSTEM HAS TO BE CHANGED A LITTLE AS PER PRESENT CONDITIONS. AS ON NOW "ACCUSED HAS TO BE PROVED GUILTY,TILL THEN ACCUSED IS HELD INNOCENT" THE INVESTIGATING AGENCIES,FOR THE BEST REASON KNOWN TO THEM, DONT TAKE MUCH INTEREST TO PROVE THE ACCUSED GUILTY...HENCE THE VERDICT,"ACCUSED IS HELD INNOCENT".IF THE ACCUSED IS HELD GUILTY TILL ACCUSED IS PROVED INNOCENT, THE QUANTUM OF CRIME IN INDIA MAY DECREASE AND THE INVESTIGATING AGENCIES MAY HAVE TO PUT MORE EFFORTS TO RELEASE THE ACCUSED.......

Let us not forget that we live in a civilised, secular and democratic country like India, which has a fair legal system that is not based on religious sentiments, and so on.

No one is guilty or punishable until the law s so!!

Mr.Ismail ,I understand that you are based in a country where these laws are in effect, but sorry to say that the same cannot be done in India or any civilized country. These laws were there in India when we were uneducated.

I agree that he should be punished but only after the law has found him guilty.

I understand your feelings but I would request to not to incite these feelings among the readers.

Let us keep discussions/comments a little civilized.
