Bhatkal, Jan 2: Narayan Ganapati Hegde (45) succumbed to his injuries after falling from a coconut tree at his residence near Arvakki in Hadvalli gram panchayat area on Tuesday January 1.
Narayan worked in his own agriculture land.
He sustained serious injuries and died at the hospital. After conducting post mortem the body was handed over to the family.
Narayan is survived by his son and daughter.
A case has been registered in Bhatkal rural police station.
