It doesn't say anywhere in the article that these people were abused, exploited, or forced to work in the sex trade. I understand it is possible, but it isn't stated.

Now, even if they were just working as a group to stay safe or were forced to do it, they have been arrested and will probably be labled as criminals and locked away.

They are being judged because they sell a service that hurts no one. You say it's made illegal to prevent rape and murder. If that's the reason, then it fails. It just means that more women who have no other options are raped and can't tell the police, are murdered and burried in unmarked graves, their families still waiting for them to come home. You act like murder isn't illegal in and of itself.

If a woman choses to charge for access to her body, who are you to stop her? Who are you to say you know better? You don't get that right because your god told you to, and you don't get that right because you were born a man.

If you want to get a woman off the street, why don't you give her another option? A job? The chance at an education? Don't take away what may be the only option she has.

I had the privilege of taking God's message of Hope to many such women. I learned that most have been abused, often in the home that should have protected them some men force their womenfolk into earning that way, and live from what they earn. Many young women are being lured from poor countries, told they will have a good job, and then discover they have been trafficked, and have no way of escape.
In many cases, a man fathers children and then leaves it to the mother to feed and clothe their children - and with little education or training, some see this as the only option. Remember, it is men who use them. These women need to be offered dignified alternatives. My experience was that many of them long for an escape from that life, but feel trapped until they are offered a way out, and then helped through the process. God is ready to transform their lives if they open their hearts and lives to Him. He is a redeeming God! And the men need that too...

Prostitution is very old, but of course bad profession.
Cause for several dreaded decease, fights, social evils etc.
But no Country in the world could ever curb it completely.
Further efforts to curb may lead to apprehension(bitter truth)might increase RAPE cases!
Spoiled one, who do not lead good life are anyway spoiled but good ones need to be saved from the spoiled ones!

This can never be curbed. Prostitution or flesh trade has been there ever this unverse came into existence. Though I dont support this, this act is not a rape or brutality or sexual atrocity on women.
