Lindsay Partied Late Night Despite Court Date Looming

London, Jan 7 (IANS): Lindsay Lohan, who has to appear in the court for her run-in with a guy, reportedly let off a little steam at the weekend by partying here with a friend until 5.a.m.

The troubled actress has been ordered to appear in a New York court Monday, a result of her run-in with a guy in a New York club back in November. Tmz.com reports that if she doesn't appear, a warrant will be issued for her arrest.

Lohan will appear in the court to answer a desk appearance ticket and she might get a future court date or she could enter a plea.

New year, same old Lindsay.
