Bangalore, Jan 21: Every day when you read at the newspaper you come across at least 4-5 stories of theft, robbery, loot and cheating in Bangalore city. Only 'high profile' cases come to media limelight, while many other 'small' thefts go unnoticed.

On Sunday January 20, a 'theft' case slightly different from normal ones was registered at Halasur police station in the city.

Two Nepali citizens, reportedly working as security guards in the outskirts of Bangalore planned a 'royal escapade' in Halasur's Somerset Apartments. One of the flat owners, Sanjay Bajaj and his family went on holidays to Goa for 20 days. On learning this information, Dola and Naresh, both Nepalis, broke the lock and entered the house. Knowing that the house owners would be out for some days, the duo spent lavish time in the flat drinking, eating and enjoying the facilities.

On Sunday morning, Bajaj and his family returned to their flat and were shocked to see both the Nepalis sleeping in the bedroom royally.

Seeing the owners, Dola (28) jumped from the window and while Naresh tried to assault the couple with a knife, but the couple overpowered him and caught him.

Dola who jumped from the top floor suffered severe bleeding and repordely died in the hospital a few hours later.

The neighbours were shocked to learn of this kind of thieves, as they did not run away with any valuables but prefered to stay and enjoy the facilites in the flat!
