what a sad incidents first of all most of the roads are narrow and with heavy traffic..another problem leading to mishap like this is related with city buses,,tose idioys are driving in such a way like its a road only for them..they are not giving stops in the proer places and if they stops also it will be in the middle of the road itself and other travelers has to wait for their mercy..for example the road towards vamanjoor we can see the idiotic driving previous week one accident had happened nearto sanjivini nursing instituite kudupu and this incident just missed a wide tragedy,,and those incidents happened truely beacause of rash driving.govt authorities has to take some actions to clear alll these things and should control the speed of those buses and their over load also..pleas do some articles related to this and can save many lives..thanks you...Ganesh..

Sad incident. Just 2 days back I have called Police Commissioners office and informed the Lady Police that tipper trucks are spilling dirt on the highway between Maroli and Volachil junction through Kannur. I have told Her that these tippers are Registered in Goa and gave the number. Instead of taking action,She told me to file a written complain to Kankanady Police. Few weeks back I have informed the same to Kankanady Station and they did not do anything. So I thought why should I spend my time and money plus wear and tear my vehicle for zero result. Let some fatality and then public will wake up. NOW MANY WOKE UP TO CRY.
Another incident I have informed to Kadri SI regarding dirt pile on middle of highway near Kannur Mosque, near new Cross Over Bridge center pillar, near the divider. This dirt pile can't be seen during night driving. Kadri Traffic SI immediately called His counterpart, Kankanady SI and informed him of the problem in presence of me. But months passed and the dirt pile is still there.
2 lives are lost now. Adyar- Kannur Highway area has become death trap due to dirt movement by tippers without Tarpauline cover and over filling. So also Neermarga Volachil road is becoming nightmare to drive due to speeding tipper trucks carrying Sand,Gravel and Red Stones in open tippers. The sand is coming through Padu-Merlapadav road to supply Expect college and Srinivas college projects. Sand and gravel is spilling on road thus bikes skid here too. Just like above case none will be bothered until some death happens here too. Also these tippers are speeding near school zone of Rajeswary and Ligory schools. It is possible a child from school may loose life. So I request Public to be serious and call PCR 0824-222-0800 and I do it everyday.

This road is built nicely but still it is under construction. Huge quantity of sand and mud are still in the roadside. i frequently travel on this road whenever i go to mangalore. the concerned make the roads but it wont be the complete package to the public. I request all the people who travel on this road to drive / ride slowly especially in the curves.
