Mr. Ravi Ullal, Mangalore, Because our Police or RTO is not strict people take advantage of it and drive fast. I totally agree with Mr. Jossy Saldanha's comment. Its true our Indian Rules and Regulations are not correct so such accidents happens frequently. We will see the difference when we travel to different countries how disciplined their law is. In India no people cares the law and order because the leaders and govt. officers are fully corrupt.

Using mobile phones while driving vehicles is the main reason behind recent accidents.Last time I saw one car driver who was driving and speaking in his mobile with right hand and left ear and only using 1 left hand for driving.

RTO's job is to enforce traffic discipline on roads and book erring/speeding drivers rather than sitting in offices, collecting money.....

This road is fit only for two wheelers and rightfully enough this bus went down (pic no. 2).
RTO has to decide the types of vehicles permissible on that road, speed limits, validity of the vehicle, authenticity of the driver, sun screens, talking on mobile, drunk driving etc……..

alwyn RTO salary is paid from TAX PAYERS so, they have got every right to controll the traffic rather taking the hafta from the motorist ! they forgotten their basic duties instead they are enjoying the life sitting in the office under USHA FAN
