May his soul rest in peace. Good he stopped his auto when he got the chest pain. Otherwise more mishaps would have incurred. Daijiworld readers, let us be humans while commenting. Birth or death, there is no point in bringing politics. One day BJP rule another day Congress rule, but no one can predict somebody's death. Let us sympathise with the family members who have lost their bread winner.

Please DONOT eat roadside or hotel food who knows what kind of oil they r using? They r there only to make business & money they r least bothered about others health. Cook at home no matter if it is not tasty. But I m sure it is healthy. Always restaurant food is tastier than home made food. At the same time it is dangerous to consume tasty food.

You eat everything but you should have the capacity to digest the food. People now a days do not workout or do household work. All want rest. Walking habits disappearing. Young generation using Bikes and 4 whelers. School and college should introduce compulsory excersize , sports for children. Only study is not enough to come up in life , also good health is very important.

Rickshaw driving is a tough job because during our recent visit we utilized dozens of rickshaws during dozens of different timings. Rickshaw drivers are nice and helpful. They lead their destination with precision thru the crowded streets, and they take you to the right place with real kindness and courtesy. They are smart in their movements. They know how to turn and twist and they know how to tackle the busy and crowded streets.

One time it was real late at night when we utilized a rickshaw heading towards a different direction. He was kind enough to turn back in order to help us. We asked the rickshaw driver how safe it is to drive so late in Mangalore. The auto driver was frank and he said that there are some areas not so safe at night. The rickshaw drivers taught us more Kannada this time, and we learnt thru the hard way, and we learned more each day. When we got down at our home he was willing to help us with our few handbags and shared with us so many kind words. He had all the time for us at that late hour of the night and he said that he has another five miles to reach his "home sweet home". That is the kind of "India" we know and admire, and a little rickshaw man can make a difference in this "small world - a beautiful world". May the rickshaw man who died on the streets rest in peace.

Effective communication need not necessarily be in high circles and in high places, but exchange of few words with a small and simple man can mean so much to make a day so peaceful and fulfilled.

God bless all the auto drivers who render so much on the busy roads of our home town. May they drive their passengers safely by bringing safety and security for themselves and helping themselves in their daily life of struggles.
