In the past there have been several cases of drownings in the seas, rivers, ponds, streams yet it has not dampened the spirit of swimmers as they go foolishly to their deaths. Who can be blamed except the stupid swimmers who do not care for their lives. It is nothing more than commiting suicide when getting in the waters and bringing pain and misery to their near and dear ones.
