Mumbai, Nov 13: The day seems to have brought on a double celebration for the time and again reaffirmed king of Bollywood - Shahrukh Khan. Shahrukh Khan tweeted some valuable growing up advice for his son Aryan on his 16th birthday as well as his gratitude to director Abbas-Mastan, and co-stars Kajol and Shilpa Shetty for their contribution to the success of the movie Baazigar in 1993.
The 48 year old actor hoped that his son, Aryan who is currently studying in London, would learn that 'Tomorrow always comes and today is never yesterday.' The possessiveness that SRK felt for his son was also transparent in his statement that he was never sure that his son could handle himself at a party. The superstar wished he could be a fly on the wall to watch over his oldest offspring.
Baazigar on the other hand was a movie that helped SRK make a name for himself with a breakthrough role in a negative light. The role that was rejected by Akshay Kumar and Salman Khan made Shahrukh a household name as well as establishing Kajol and SRK as an evergreen couple. It was Shilpa Shetty's debut movie. Shahrukh received his first Filmfare Best Actor award for Baazigar and it became the biggest earner as a movie in 1993.
Having delivered many an entertaining movie during the past two decades with the latest being Chennai Express, the King Khan has lived up to his name in so far as enthralling his movie fans is in question.
