Amar Singh to be seen in Bullett Raja?

Mumbai, Nov 20: You very well might believe that Amar Singh is part of the cast for the movie when his lookalike graces the screens in a movie that tells a thrilling tale involving politicians, industrialists and the police.

Director Tigmanshu Dhulia reaffirmed that while they too did realise that the person who portrays the politician in the movie looked a lot like Amar Singh, there was nothing about the politician per se in the movie. The role was not based on Amar Singh's life or his work.

Artiste Gyaneshwar Mishra from Lucknow was cast for the role because he looked like Samajwadi Party leader Amar Singh and the makers believed that it would therefore make it easy for audiences to relate to the character that he was to play.

Originally the movie was to go with the name Jai Ram Ji Ki but then the name was changed to Bullett Raja to give it a la gangster feel and attract audiences for the same reason.

Starring the fresh pairing of Saif Ali Khan opposite Sonakshi Sinha along with Jimmy Shergill, Vidyut Jamwal, Raj Babbar and Gulshan Grover among others the movie is set to release on Nov 29, 2013.
