No one cares for the boards. They do the opposite. If the board is saying - danger, do not swim, they go to swim. If the board says - do not urinate, they urinate there itself. What is the use of boards. People should use their common sense in different situations. Poor Somashekar. He is a hero but for his family? Loss. May God give strength to his family to bear the loss.

Shame to the administration of the district. Send top officials to Kovalam beach Kerala to learn how safety of the beach goers is ensured.
Here they want only money, not public service.
In Kovalam and other populated beaches, security personnel is deployed and they ensure that no one crosses the limits of safety. they use whistle and canes. Our people need such language.
Send this messaage to the Home Minister of Karnataka, DC of Udupi and Incharge minister Mr Sorake.

Mark the danger area and put a red pole as danger mark. No body should go beyond that area. Some social worker can build a small swimming pool nearby.

Braveheart SOMASHEKAR, I salute you. God bless you. Authorities must reward his family. He never sat back tight and ignored what he has seen. He did not care for his life. He gave his life to others, so that their families would smile.

May the Almighty bless your soul.

Outsiders cannot read the board written in Kannada. Along with Kannada, write in English that Swimming is Prohibited and place the board on a proper place so that visitors can read it.

These people who come from non coastal region think that swimming in sea is as simple as swimming in pool. specially bangalore people.. The Basic rule is don't go further into the sea/water side if u are not familiar with that place..
