Mumbai, Jan 23: A 'Arasina Kumkuma' programme was held at the head office of Billawara association by their women’s unit on January 14 at 3 pm.

It was led by Shankuntala K Kotian, the president of the unit.

Chief guests Lata P Shetty, Leelavati Jaya Suvarna, wife of honorary president of the association Jaya C Suvarna; Sudha L Ameen, wife of president L V Ameen; Rohini Salian, vice president of Bharath Bank and noted advocate and Pushpalatha Salian, director of Bharath bank lighted the lamp and set the programme in motion.

The guests and office bearers were felicitated with flower bouquets.  Chief guest Lata P Shetty gave a speech about Arasina Kumkuma.

Jayanti Ullal, Revati Bangera, Shashi N Kotian, Vasanti Saliankar, Babu Kukyan, office bearers, members of the association and members of women’s unit were present on the occasion.

Chandrakala, secretary of women’s wing proposed vote of thanks. Light refreshments were served at the end of the programme.
