Narendra Modi to share the dais with Lata in Mumbai

Mumbai, Jan 27 (CNN): Bhartiya Janata Party's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi will share dais with legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar on Monday in Mumbai.

Mangeshkar had earlier endorsed Modi's nomination saying that her vote will go to Gujarat Chief Minister. He endorsed him as a preferred PM choice at a function in Pune. "I hope Narendra Modi becomes the next Prime Minister," Mangeshkar had said.

They will share dais for a event in Mumbai, which will mark the end of the golden jubilee celebrations of one of India's famous patriotic songs, "Ae Mere Watan ke Logon".

Nearly 1 lakh people are expected to gather and sing the tune to mark the occasion.

    You made a wrong choice. Modi is a murderer and a criminal and he will never ever be chosen as the PM of India. He was refused visa to USA because he was found guilty of the offense. Your calculation is totally wrong.
