Mumbai, Jan 28: An Arasina Kumkuma programme was held by Billawara Association, Mumbai at their Vasai local office here recently as per precept.
Activists of the committee, members and women in the vicinity participated in the programme disregarding their caste or creed.
The programme consisted of Bhajans from 3 pm to 5.30 pm by the women’s wing of the committee and Sri Manava Jagrutha Bhajana Mandali followed by Arasina Kumkuma programme by the women.
A memento and snacks were served during the programme.
Honorary secretary Sadashiva Karkera from the head office and women’s wing’s Vatsala Poojary and Varija Poojary were present.
Local committee president K B Poojary, Karunakar Ameen, Vittal Kotian, treasurer R S Jeppu, members of the committee and other guests were present. The programme concluded after thanksgiving.
