SRK has eight million twitter followers

Mumbai, Jun 18: Shah Rukh Khan has got eight million followers in twitter. He is second only to Amitabh Bachchan who has nine million followers.

SRK joined twitter in 2010. He is very active on twitter and tweets regularly to his fans.

He is very happy these days as his IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders won the recently held IPL tournament. 

Shah Rukh is presently shooting for 'Happy New Year'  which is directed by his best friend Farah Khan. 'Happy New Year' also stars Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani, Sonu Sood, Jackie Shroff and Vivaan Shah. The music is given by Vishal Shekar. The film will be released during this diwali on October 23.
