Mumbai, Jul 9: John Abraham is all set to act with Aishwarya Rai in her comeback venture 'Jazba'. 'Jazba' is an action packed thriller directed by Sanjay Gupta.
John's role in the film is based on gangster Abu Salem. The rest of the cast is yet to be finalized. This will be John's fifth film with Sanjay Gupta. They had recently worked together in 'Shootout At Wadala'.
John was signed opposite Aishwarya in 'Happy Birthday', which was to be directed by Sriram Raghavan and produced by Gaurang Doshi. But the movie was shelved.
Aishwarya Rai was last seen in 'Guzaarish' directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali in 2010. She took a break from acting to concentrate on her daughter. 'Jazba' is slated to release next year. The shooting for the film will start from January 2015.
