Ramachandra Ganiga is the vice-president of Ganiga Samaja Seva Sangha, Mumbai, member of Jayashreekrishna Environment Lovers working committee and works for several social service groups behind the scenes. Ganiga, identified as a humble social worker, held a Cool camp conference at the Vihang Hotel hall in Thane Ghodbandar on Sunday July 6.
Inaugurating the conference after lighting the lamp, he explained how the business, Cool Camp Ice Cream started sixteen years ago during his hard days, has achieved fame due to the hardwork of his family. He said that sincerity and hardwork are sure to lead to success.
Ganesh Kutpady addressed the gathered and explained the path followed by the company and their aims in detail. He stressed the cooperation of the women folk at home for the progress of business. He narrated his experience in starting the business in Kalva, having branches in Thane, Mulund and other places and the way people accepted his brand. He said that his father was responsible for the success of the business and wished that everyone may have such parents.
He assured that the firm will give importance to the service of customers. He recollected the cooperation of Panduraga B Bhonsle and Thane Ratnakar Shetty.
Rajesh Kutpadi spoke on the need to pay the workers well, train them and treat them as members of the family. He called upon the partners to work in unity.
Felicitations with a trophy were made to the Sarika More couple who had achieved maximum business, Subhas Nalavase for art work, Shainesh Karnik for interior designing and Prashanth Ghag for distribution.
Madhuri Bhonsle, Seema Phalke, Shubha Kutpadi, Suma Kutpadi and Suvarna Nalavade were honored with outstanding promoter trophies.
Shanker H, leader of Ganiga community, U Devendra Rao, Suguna Kutpadi, Ira Kutpadi and Kush Kutpadi were present.
Ravindra Chilka compeered the programme. Prashanth Ghag welcomed the gathering and Ganesh Kutpadi proposed the vote of thanks. The programme ended with the national anthem.
