Mumbai, July 26: Matunga Kings Circle based G N Khalsa College Kannada Premi Mandali old students meet was held at Coorg Association hall of Navi Mumbai Airoli on Sunday July 20.

Sunita Shetty spoke saying that she has come to meet her old students out of love. "I am overjoyed to meet my old students after nearly two and half decades. I will be with you so long as I live. However, let your cooperation be there to make the Kannada Premi Mandali live and progress," she said.


"Money is not everything in life. It is necessary to derive peace and happiness out of it. Everything will be good when we set aside a
portion of our earnings for the betterment of society. Hold a large programme uniting students of my home town, from within and outside the country. I will participate in the programme and share in their joy if I am alive," she said.

"Speak in Kannada wherever you go, teach Kannada to others and be deserving children of Kannadiga mother," she suggested.

Harish G Poojary, Moodushedde Vishwanatha Shetty, Satya Shetty, Santhosh Shetty, Ramesh N M, S Rai Baroda, Devadas Hegde and hundreds of old students were present.
