Either Tamil or Kannada, both are non Tulu Nadu languages and rejected and banished from Tulu Nadu. If you can accept Kannada which is the language of Kannadigas ( not our language) Why not Tamil? These Tuluvas must be ashamed of raising this Kannada flag, When we have the Tulu Flag with Pili ( tiger.)

just a simple questions- these people oppose other languages so much .. Can some one check which schools the kids / nephews/ niece of these people are attending -sure they must be learning English and Hindi .. If so why ? And for sure the kids also address their parents " daddy n mummy" too .. So these people should implement theses rules at home first then bring it to the society ..

First, improve Kannada film..3 Important factors for success. 1.story,2.direction,3.photography..These are the 3 main basic points which Kaannada films lack..When there is no good Director, naturally you don't get good actor/actress too even if he/she is a talented artist..Malayalm film industry success depends on Direction & Story..Thats why one can see many superstars in Malayalam movie..Actor Salim who is doing comedian role always got National Level award for his stunning acting in "Aadaminde Magan Abu"..Thanks to Director who guided talented Salim to achieve something great..!

Note: Make and costume don't bring success..

Be it Kannada or Tulu, people need to change their neglecting attitude towards their mother tongue. Otherwise we will be in a serious problem. Half damage is already done.

I see non-kannada movies running in interiors like Byndoor, Kundapura. Around 10 years back it was not like that. It is not that all kannada movies are bad. But Kannadigas likes to lick others waste. Mallus/Tamilains watch their movies if it is a crap.
