Kannada Sangha, Santacruz holds inter school talent competitions

Mumbai, Nov 17: Kannada Sangha Santacruz and Guru Narayana Night school jointly held late Nagappa Kandlooru memorial inter school talent competition at Billava Bhavan hall at Santacruz east on November 15 evening . L V Amin, president of the Sangha, lighted the lamp and set the competitions in motion.

C T Salian, Vice president of Billavara Association, Mumbai was present as chief guest. The prize distribution ceremony was presided over by Sangha president L V Amin.





Sanath Kumar Jain, Shivarama N Shetty and Ravi A Bangera, judges were felicitated by the president.

Competitions were held in Janapada songs, speeches and solo acting. Guru Narayana night school Prabhat colony group won first prize and NKES school Vadala won second prize.

Honorary treasurer C A Ramesh A Shetty, Joint secretary Chandrahasa J Suvarna, Joint treasurer R P Hegde, G R Bangera, B D Suvarna, Shashikala Shetty, Suma Poojary, Shivarama Kotian, Sangha working committee members, office bearers of sub committees and others were present.

Education committee executive president Bannanje Ravindra Amin welcomed. Laxmi Kotian led the prayer. Secretary Sudhakar Uchil proposed Vote of thanks.
