Nailathon for nail artists to take place Feb 10


Mumbai, Jan 30 (IANS): The second edition of StyleSpeak Nailathon - a day-long event that is considered India's professional nail championship - will take place at Nehru Centre here Feb 10.

The event, organised by C&E Media, a division of Conferences and Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd, will witness nail technicians from all over India getting an opportunity to showcase their talent and skill.

As compared to last year, this year includes a submission category where nail technicians can create their nail art based on a theme and send in their entries without travelling to Mumbai, said a statement.

The last edition saw participation from more than 60 contestants, 908 visitors and 15 brands. This time, the event will see top nails brands and salons from across India getting a chance to network with business contacts like distributors, suppliers, buyers and manufacturers of nail care and art products.

The jury comprises both national and international nail experts including Wonluishon Ragui, Kavita Bathija, Gurpreet Seble and Olena Paul.

Nailathon is now supported by Beauty and Wellness Sector Skill Council (B&WSSC), a not for profit organisation focussed on establishing a platform for development and imparting of skills for Beauty and Wellness industry.
