Mangalore, Jan 7: A young woman was found murdered in a lodge here in Ullal. The woman who was staying in the Paris Lodge in room No 26 did not respond when the room boy knocked her door.
According to sources a couple was staying in the room which was booked under the name of Mohammed. On Sunday, the woman was founded dead on the bed while the man was not to be seen.
The woman is said to be from Kanur, Kerala.
Finger print expects and sniffer dog were also rushed to the spot. The dog traced the scent and led the police till the Ullal rickshaw stand, but however lost track.
Additional SP Lokesh Kumar also visited the spot.
