there are regular checking of vehicles on Udupi-Manipal road by traffic police & one can do it in a city called Udupi where its size & population is small.
& the traffic police department should impose heavy fines on the vehicles registered under Pondicherry(PY) & some other union territories so they could avoid the loss of taxes to the Karnataka government.

INSPITE OF REPEATED APPEALS THRU THIS COLUMN WHEN A CRIMINAL GETS BAIL AND REPEATS CRIMES NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN ON THOSE WHO GRANTED BAIL.
OUR LAW MAKERS (MLAS) ARE THE MAIN CULPRITS IN ALMOST ALL CRIMES BY SUPPORTING THE CRIMINALS IN POLICE STATION FOR THEIR PERSONAL BENEFITS
THE VERY NEXT DAY OF ARREST HE WILL BE OUT TO REPEAT THE CRIME. THIS IS KAR-NATAKA.
