Rest I peace dear boy. May the Lord comfort in family during his bereavement. We as parents need to show our kids that our identity is so rock solid. Through Jesus we have been restored to sonship which means the Father loved us so much that Jesus saw it worth to shed His blood for us to be called back to His image. So whatever we do we do for His glory and take up life's challenges out of that SOnship knowing fully well He fully dwells in us

    People need to realize that
1-2 bouts of depression does occur normally in everyone's life, for some it is mild and for some, it is a bit high, Unfortunately, the stigma is high of meeting a Psychiatrist and taking medication for the same. Remember, if in life, you feel depressed and low mood, it is ok to meet a Psychiatrist, They will help you during this period.
Signs one must notice in Loved ones to start talking to them and think of Psychiatric evaluation:-
    Low mood.
Loss of Interest in doing things one used to enjoy.
Lack of sleep or too much sleep.
    Tiredness during the entire day.
    Loss of appetite.
These symptoms must be present for around 3 weeks or more, Not for one day or week.
Some of these symptoms could be linked to Thyroid diseases as well.
But always speak to your Physician before considering any Step. He is Your Confidant, Your Guide, He will help you.
    Hope this helps everybody.
Eternal rest to this poor boy's soul, and comfort to His Family during their time of grief.

    Dear Shankar my friend,
Sometimes it gets necessary for the loved ones to take action by admitting the person for few days.... Remember that... The risk for self harm is high in the initial period of treatment.... But this is where family comes in... To support and love the affected person.... It may even bring morale down.... But one must fight back...
    Some things that help...
    Family support.
    Talking therapy.
Planning and Looking forward to small things in the day... It could be a movie on telly or even some sports... Badminton... Tennis.

Hey Achu..?? Whats up with you..??? Are you depressed..???
The past is like using your rear-view mirror in the car,
it's good to glance back and see how far you've come,
but if you stare too long
you'll miss what's right in front of you.

What is lacking in the Church today is "Spirituality".

When one's soul, mind, inner being is filled with spirituality and trust in Almighty, complete dependency on HIM alone, all ills, onecan be overcome.
