Puttur, Feb 17: A young man from Sullia ended his life in a lodge at Kallare near here on Friday February 16.
The deceased has been identified as Abdul Razak, a resident of Gandhinagar in Sullia. He had booked a room in Celebration Lodge at Kallare Friday morning. He later called his family members and informed them that he was staying in the particular lodge as he was not keeping well.
Accordingly his family members came to the lodge. But by the time they arrived at the lodge, Abdul had ended his life by hanging himself from the fan. So far no reasons for his suicide have been known. Even the family members are unable to throw light on the episode.
Puttur police have registered a case in this regard.
