Mangalore, Feb 18: The annual Children’s Festival (Makkala Mela) of Prajna Counselling Centre was held on Sunday, Feb 18.


The event was jointly organised by Prajna Counselling Centre, St Joseph’s Seminary and Milagres P U College.


Superintendent of Police, Dakshina Kannada district B Dayananda inaugurated the event.


Principal of Milagres P U College Fr Lawrence R D’Souza, Director of Prajna Counseling Centre Prof Hilda Rayappan and staff of Prajna Counseling College and members of St Joseph’s Seminary were present on the occasion.


More than 800 children from various parts of the district participated in the festival which included competitions, games and entertainment.
