Mangalore, Apr 19: Nineteenth anniversary Navajyothi Yuvaka Vrinda (youth club), ‘Tufaan-2007’ of will be held at Jyotirbhavana Baikampady beach on Saturday April 21 to Sunday April 22.

This was announced in a press conference here by Navajyothi Youth Club president Ganesh Shreeyan on Wednesday April 18.

Suratkal MLA J Krishna Palemar will inaugurate a nursery school at Baikampady on April 21.  Corporator Prema Vasudev will preside over the inaugural function.

Tufaan-2007 will be inaugurated by entrepreneur B R Raghavendra, while Suresh Anchan, Moodbidri will be the chief gust. Musical Evening will be inaugurated by former MLA K VijayKumar Shetty.

Well-known astrologer Srinivas Suvarna will be presented with ‘Jyotisha Shiromani’ award by the Kaup MLA Lalaji R Mendon. Baby U Ninada will be honoured on the occasion.

Corporator Prema Vasudev, Club Honorary President Kumar Mendon and cultural president Naveen Kotian were present at press conference.
