Prof Alban Castelino, who has had the fortune of associating closely with Louis Mascarenhas, will speak on "Louis Mascarenhas' Contribution to Konkani while another Konkani stalwart Leo D'Souza, well-known as Liyab will enlighten the gathering on "Louis' Personality and His Social Concern."

His daughters Sr Noeline and Judith Mascarenhas will speak "Louis Mascarenhas - As Seen by Us."
