Mangalore, Apr 19: Mayor Vijaya Arun inaugurated the newly-constructed bus stand at Monkey Stand near Mangaladevi here on Wednesday April 18 evening.
Local corporator Namita D Rao presided over the function. Deputy mayor Abdul Salim, regional traffic officer H N Ramesh, social activist Dinesh Rao, Congress leader U T Khader and traffic circle inspector Subrahmanya were the chief guests on the occasion.
City corporation joint commissioner Ajitkumar Hegde welcomed the gathering. Melwyn Rodrigues proposed vote of thanks. K Narayan Shetty compered the programme.
