Kundapur, May 30: The anniversary celebration of Catholic Sabha of Kundapur unit was held on a grand scale recently.

Fr Anthony Lobo presided over the programme. Speaking on the occasion he said that it was time that an organized attempt was made to highlight the human values among all sections of the society and greater attention should be paid in order to realize them.

Resource persons Joseph D’Silva, the president of Udupi Catholic Sabha, and the CAP-cell director of Kundapur region Thomas D’Mello spoke on the objects of the Catholic Sabha and the need for increasing the membership of Kundapur unit.

Vice-president of parish council Rony Rodrigues, Fr Prakash Cutinho, principal of St Mary’s College, Vinay Pais secretary of parish council and Sony D’Costa president of regional Catholic Sabha unit were the guest on the dais.

Chairperson Dora Lobo welcomed the guests while vice-president Pascal D’Souza compered the programme. Juliet Pais, the secretary concluded the programme with a vote of thanks.
