Mangalore, Jul 18: A few miscreants ransacked three to four offices located at the third floor of Fisheries Merchants Association Building at Bunder near Bamboo Bazaar, here. However it has not become clear whether it was an attempted robbery or an act to avenge personal enmity.

The incident took place on Monday July 16 night.

The miscreants reportedly ransacked the offices of Ideal Travels and dry fish trader K Hameed located in the third floor. The blood stains are being found on the floor which is presumed to have dropped from the wounds that caused while breaking the window panes.  The items that are stored seem to have been thrown helter- skelter.
