Mumbai: Thiya Samaja holds annual cultural, Arasina Kumkuma programme

Mumbai, Feb 15: Thiya Samaja women's wing held their eleventh annual cultural and Arasina Kumkuma programme at Asmitha school auditorium, Jogeshwari east on Saturday February 13 evening.









Western zone local committee executive president Gangadhar D Kalladi conducted religious rituals. Many women in the community and children presented dance and cultural programmes. Sharada S Anchan and Sushila S Poojary, cultural committee executive president Prathima Bangera and office bearers present on the occasion, presented prizes to winners of the competitions.

Thiya Samaja vice president T Babu Bangera, honorary chief secretary Babu Ail, honorary treasurer Ramesh N Ullal, joint secretary Chandrashekar K Ballooru, joint treasurer Sunder B Ail, executive president Rohidas Bangera, association organ Thia Belaku editor Sridhar S Suvarna, Sudhakar Uchil, Babu D Bangera, Vishwanath U K, Western zone local committee vice president Padmanabha A Suvarna, honorary secretary B Chandrashekar Salian, joint secretary Babu K Kotian, joint treasurer Prakash M Suvarna, women's wing secretary Chandra M Suvarna, treasurer Ranjini A Suvarna, joint secretary Shobhalatha Salian, joint treasurer Pushpalatha Kotian, East zone executive president Babu K Belchada, east zone women's wing executive president Ujwala Chandrashekar and other office bearers and members were present.

Gangadhar D Kalladi led the prayer. Kavitha Bangera and Divija Chandrashekar conducted the programme. Secretary Chandra M Suvarna proposed the vote of thanks.
