This action was long over due. Infact in many countries sticking of Black films on the glasses is banned inview of terrorist and criminal activities. Similarly he must ban use of noisy horns by the bus drivers. One more action that is required is in many cities switching on of head lights where bright lights (high mast lights) have been provided on the main roads is banned as it affects the drivers coming from the opposite direction.Similar ban may be imposed on M.G.Road,Kottara Chowki to Lady Hill Circle etc.,.
