Sand is available in plenty. First they open up removing sand for 10 days. Stock as much sand as they can. Circulate order saying sand cannot removed for a month. Start selling the sand which is stocked for 3 times the rate and when their stock gets empty same routine. It's more a 1000 crore scam happening right in front of everyone's eyes yet no one can do anything.
Definition of democracy When everyone is involved in a scam then whatever you do becomes legal and is no more a scam. It's business
