PSG, Napoli eyeing Brazil defender Rodrigo

Rio de Janeiro, Sep 25 (IANS): Brazil international centre-back Rodrigo Caio could move to the new club in January as Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) and Napoli are in a battle to sign the Sao Paulo FC player.

The French champions and the Italian club have both offered 13 million euros to sign the 23-year-old from his current club Sao Paulo, the Sambafoot news portal said on Saturday, reports Xinhua.

Caio has previously been linked with Sevilla and Hamburg, and a move to Valencia last year collapsed after he reportedly failed two medical tests.

He made his international debut for Brazil in June, coming on as a second-half substitute in the Selecao's 2-0 friendly victory over Panama.
