Mangaluru, Dec 19: Mangaluru south MLA J R Lobo broke ground on the Ekkur Thochila concrete road with an estimated cost of Rs 1 Crore in  Kankanady B-49 ward on Sunday, December 18.

Corporator, Pravin Chandra Alva, presided over the programme.

The MLA, speaking on occasion, said that all basic necessities in the ward will be given priority. He also inaugurated the Vasukinagar concrete road that has been constructed at a cost of Rs 20 lac.











Prakash Bhat, Padmanabha Rai, Keshava Angadimar, Sesamma Prabhakar, Sriyan Umesh Devadiga, Sudhakar J, Shashidhar Kothari and Kritin Kumar were present at the occasion.

    Dear JR LOBO, How about old police station road and balika ashram road in kankanady which are in bad shape.They are adjacent to father muller hospital.
