Mumbai: Kannadiga Kalavidara Parishat concludes tenth anniversary celebrations

Mumbai, Feb 28: Kannadiga Kalavidara Parishat celebrated their tenth anniversary at Radhabhai T Bhandary auditorium, Kurla east on Saturday February 25.

The programme was held under the aegis of literary and cultural committee of Bunts Sangha, Mumbai and the Kannada and cultural department of Karnataka state government.

Parishat president Surendrakumar Hegde presided over the programme. Bunts Sangha Mumbai president Prabhakar L Shetty, entrepreneur and social worker B Vivek Shetty, Karunakar M Shetty, Shanker Shetty Virar, Bhaskar Shetty Khandesh, Srinivasa Safalya, N N Pal, Aikala Gunapal Shetty, Dr R K Shetty, Santhosh Shetty Pune, Latha Prabhaker Shetty, Amarnath Shetty and other elite were present.

Bunts Sangha Mumbai vice president Padmanabha S Payyade, Joint secretary Kishore Kumar Shetty Kuthyar, Joint treasurer Mahesh S Shetty, women's wing executive president Latha Jayarama Shetty, Bunts Sangha Mumbai literary and cultural executive president Ravindranath M Bhandary, celebrations committee organizing secretary Devadas P Salian, parishat founder president S T Vijayakumar Thingalaya, vice president Kamalaksha G Saraf, advocate Subhash B Shetty, honorary treasurer P B Chandrahas, joint secretary Chandravathi Devadiga, joint treasurer Navin Shetty Innabalike and others were present on the dais.

Tenth anniversary celebration committee Aikala Harish Shetty welcomed and gave the keynote address. Ashok Pakkala compered the programme, introduced those who were felicitated and congratulated them. Honorary chief secretary Navunda Raju Sriyan proposed vote of thanks. Krishnarjana Yakshagana was performed at the end of the programme.
