Mangaluru, Jan 4: Dashiel Amanda Concessao, daughter of Francis and Doris Concessao has bagged silver medal in under 13 category at the 14th National Speed Skating Championship (Ice Skating Association of India).

The championship was held from January 2 to 3 at Delhi NCR.
