Bengaluru, Jan 4: Minister, Khader, felt that Congress does not have to sweat it out to defeat BJP in the state. He said that union minister, Ananth Kumar Hegde, MPs, Shobha Karandlaje, Nalin Kumar Kateel and Pratap Simha as well as MLC, Go Madhusudan have enough fire power to defeat their own party in the state.

Speaking to media persons at his room at Vikas Soudha here on Wednesday January 3, Khader noted that one of these persons has been aiming at changing the constitution while the others are raring to torch their own districts. BJP state president, Yeddyurappa, is speaking of setting the state on fire.  "I am sure that the people of the state will think twice before casting votes to these leaders," he felt.

"These people continue to be MPs even after threatening to set fire because of the protection provided under the constitution. The same constitution has enabled a person who had been jailed in the past, to stake claim to the post of the chief minister.  In other countries, these people would have been permanently inside the prison," he stated. Khader added that there is a wave in favour of Siddaramaiah in Karnataka and Congress will win not less than 120 seats in the forthcoming assembly election.

He also said, "Modi, Amit Shah and many others were unable to face Rahul Gandhi who was alone in Gujarat. Likewise, these people cannot defeat the team led by Siddaramaiah in Karnataka," he stated.

He called upon people to reject hidden agenda of 'Sangh Parivar' which had indulged in moral policing at Pilikula. He wanted people not to fall prey for divisive politics practised by BJP and teach a fitting lesson.
