Bengaluru, Jan 11: Police personnel of J P Nagar station here have arrested two persons including a juvenile delinquent relating to the murder of Amit from Shivamogga during New Year celebrations.
One of the arrested accused has been identified as Ajay (19). The other accused is a 17-year-old juvenile delinquent. Ajay takes care of the footwear left behind by people outside Banashankari temple while the other accused in the case was doing petty jobs. The accused did not know Amit personally.
The accused were riding their bike after the New Year celebrations when they fought with Amit who came from the opposite direction on frivolous grounds and murdered him. Although they tried to rob him, they did not succeed in the plan, the police stated.
