It is distressing to know through Daijiworld that heavy rains accompanied with whirlwinds have caused incalculable damage to the houses and properties of thousaands of people in coastal Karnataka including in my native village Moodubelle, especially in Kattingeri and Edmeru. While sympathising with all those people who suffered the losses it is heartening to know that leaders and workers belonging to different political parties are extending their helping hands to provide succor to all those affected by this natural calamity. May God bless all of them.

Hi K.S.Poojary, Disaster response team in coastal region? I guess you are trying to compare our mangalore to USA! :) People over here have no time for disaster response. They are too busy beating up each other in the name of religion and ideology.

It’s an unexpected natural calamity. Thank God no one injured. The compensatory help should reach these affected losses as soon as possible. Is there any active disaster response team in coastal region?
