Kasargod, Apr 4: In a shocking incident that is reported from Bekal near here, an accused pushed the police and injuring his head with a stone and escaped from the spot.
Mangad Kalikunnu Ahmed Dilshan is the culprit who escaped from the police and a case is registered by the Bekal police on him.
Ahmed was warrant accused in three cases and was arrested on the night of April 2. During the process of his arrest, he injured the head of the police personnel with a stone and made good his escape.
Police are conducting search operation to catch the escaped accused.
