Kundapur, Apr 4: The rider of a bike lost his life in a tragic collision between his bike and a private bus on Wednesday morning, April 4 at Nayakawadi near Gangolli here. Gujjadi Ram mandira resident Ganesh Devadiga aged 59, was the one who died in the accident.
Bike rider Ganesh was on his way home from Trasi when a bus heading to Kundapur from Gangolli hit his bike. Ganesh sustained serious injuries and died.
The deceased was employed as a linesman at Mescom and was to retire after another three months.
He is survived by wife and four children. A police case is registered at Gangolli police station.
