Billava Sangha Kuwait holds kite festival for kids

Media Release

Kuwait, Apr 9: A kite festival was celebrated with eagerness and enthusiasm by all Billava Sangha Kuwait (BSK) kids and families at Marina Beach, Salmiya recently.

Arjun welcomed the gathering, while president Raghu C Poojary launched the programme by flying an iconic yellow kite.

The shades of kites were very attractive with kids’ favourite cartoon characters. While the kids were busy flying kites, the parents recalled their childhood memories and played along with them. The public gathered at the beach were busy clicking photographs of sky filled with colourful kites.

Face painting was yet another special attraction for the kids. Multi-talented committee member Amarnath Suvarna performed magic on kids’ faces.

The programme was initiated and executed brilliantly by Ashwitha Surendra. The beautiful moments were marvelously captured by Sandeep Attavar.

This was another successful event organized by BSK for the families and kids residing in Kuwait.
