Mangaluru: Woman missing from Kerala found in city

Mangaluru, Apr 16: Usharani (35), who had gone missing from near Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala was found here on the night of Saturday April 14. The woman, identified as Usharani, was handed over to police personnel from Thiruvananthapuram.

Usharani had disappeared all of a sudden on March 13, and a missing case had been filed in Vithura police station near Thiruvananthapuram. Information about the missing lady had been sent to all the important police stations in the country.

The railway officials got information that an unidentified lady was found in the waiting room of the Central railway station here on the night of April 14. The railway police, with assistance from Railway Protection Force women officials, questioned her. After confirming her identity, they conveyed information to Thiruvananthapuram, and arranged to hand her over to the Kerala police.

    Good work done by Railway police and also Mangalore police. Make sure, at least she will have some food. Never know, under what circumstances she has left, all of a sudden, Kerala to Mangalore.
