Kasargod, Jun 4: In an accident which happened at Meloth, Kanhangad on the night of Sunday June 3, two persons travelling by motor bike died after colliding with a government bus.
The deceased have been identified as Suresh (40) from Ravaneshwara and Mattu Baiju (28).
A KSRTC super fast bus that was moving to Kattappana from Kanhangad hit the motor bike on which the above two persons were seated, it is learnt. Both Suresh and Mattu Baiju died on the spot after suffering grievous injuries, reports said.
A case about the accident was registered at Nileshwar police station.
